WHY I DO THISI became a teacher because throughout my schooling I niver thought that I received a good answer to the question, “When will I ever need to know this?”
I wanted to make education relevant to a students future after graduation. I believe the key part of motivation for students is helping them find relevance in their future chosen profession or career. I wanted to be a guide for them on their journey.
I believed that young people are technologically adept and less burdened by the phrase, “This is the way we have always done it.”
Youth are digital nomads and bring fresh ideas to the workplace and have with the proper educational learning environment can out perform many existing outdated business practices and can be the solution to solve global problems.
“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”
